A new passivhaus in the Wyre Valley Green Belt.

Although the land is considered to be “open countryside”, it is also within a village, and was not considered to be “isolated” for the purposes of what was then NPPF paragraph 55 (now NPPF paragraph 79). ¬†This house was instead permitted because of the weight given to the particular mobility needs of the client, which it was designed to address.
