The build of Underhill House was filmed for Channel 4’s Grand Designs, broadcast in 2010.  It was our first paragraph 80 project, and also became the first certified Passivhaus project in England.

(Rather excitingly, the construction of another Seymour-Smith Architects project, The Sheds, is now also being filmed for Grand Designs.  Construction and filming begun in August 2020.)
